Welcome to risio.me (“risio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to use it under applicable law.
Description of the Service
risio is a web service for finding public posts from public online sources by the keywords you define. The Service may include features for:
- finding public posts by keywords and queries;
- filters and search settings (update frequency, languages, sources);
- collecting matched public posts and their metadata;
- delivering results by webhook or the API;
- managing your account, plan and settings.
The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes. risio works with public data only and, for each result, keeps the link to the post and its public metadata, not the author’s personal data. If you are the author of a public post and want its link removed from the Service, write to take-down@risio.me.
Account registration and access
Certain features require an account. Access is via email-and-password registration. You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- keep your credentials secure;
- be responsible for activity under your account;
- notify us of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
User data
You are responsible for the information you enter (keywords, filters, webhook URLs, etc.). You represent that you have the right to provide it, that your use does not violate any law or third-party right, and that it is not knowingly false, unlawful or misleading. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your queries and settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the operation, performance or security of the Service;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or otherwise exploit the Service except as permitted by law;
- overburden the platform, upload malicious code or automated abuse traffic;
- use results in violation of the relevant source platforms’ rules or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, branding, design, text, graphics and functionality — is owned by or licensed to risio and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal or internal use. You may not use our name, branding or intellectual property without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Subscriptions and paid features
risio offers paid plans and subscriptions. Current plans and limits are published on the Pricing page. Paid use is governed by the Public Offer, payment by the Payment Information page, and refunds by the Refund Policy. Prices and plan contents may change with prior notice on the website.
Third-party services
The Service relies on and interacts with third-party services (authentication, the FreedomPay payment provider, analytics, infrastructure). We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party services outside our control; their use may be governed by separate terms.
Availability and changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and reliability. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or suitability of search results for decision-making.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, risio and its operators, founders, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or decisions made based on the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates legal, security or operational risk, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. After account deletion, certain information may remain in backups and logs for a limited time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes and contact
