This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) by LLC “IBL” (“IBL LLC”), the operator of the RISIO.ME service (the “Provider”), to any natural or legal person (the “User”) to enter into a paid-services agreement on the terms set out below.
RISIO.ME services are delivered via a strategic alliance of IBL LLC and XpertLab LLC. All subscription management and invoices for RISIO.ME will be issued and processed securely by XpertLab LLC on behalf of the alliance.
The Provider sells the subscription and grants access to the Service. Payments are accepted on the Provider’s behalf by its partner XpertLab LLC through Stripe: XpertLab LLC charges the User, manages the subscription billing and issues invoices on behalf of the alliance.

Payment partner: XpertLab LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America — accepts payments through Stripe, issues invoices and manages subscription billing on behalf of the Provider and the alliance.

Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the User access to RISIO.ME — a web service for finding public posts from public online sources by the keywords the User defines — on a paid basis, offered as a recurring subscription, under the terms published on the pricing page.
A full description of the service, its functionality and limits is published at risio.me/pricing and forms an integral part of this Offer.
Trial period
New Users may be granted a free trial of the service upon registration, on the terms of one of the plans, for a period determined by the Provider (typically 7 (seven) calendar days). The trial is granted once, requires no payment, and does not constitute acceptance of this Offer. When the trial ends, access to the paid features of the service is suspended until a subscription is paid for. The Provider may change the terms of the trial or discontinue it without prior notice.
Price and payment
The current cost of the paid RISIO.ME plans is published on the pricing page. All prices, charges and invoices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices exclude taxes; the User is responsible for taxes applicable in their jurisdiction, unless XpertLab LLC is required by law to collect them.
Payment is made by card or another payment method offered on the Stripe checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor; charges are made and invoices issued by XpertLab LLC on behalf of the alliance. The payment process is described on the Payment Information page.
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month, and the User’s payment method is charged the then-current price of the plan shown on the pricing page until the User cancels. The User can cancel online at any time in the account settings of the RISIO.ME web application; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
The Provider does not store the User’s full card data. All payment data is transmitted to and processed by Stripe over an encrypted channel in accordance with PCI DSS. After a successful payment, an electronic receipt is sent to the email associated with the account.
Acceptance of the Offer
Acceptance of the Offer is the User clicking the payment button for the chosen plan and the subsequent successful confirmation of payment by Stripe. From the moment of successful payment confirmation, the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this Offer.
The User may decline the service at any time before acceptance (i.e. before clicking the payment button) without any consequences.
Rights and obligations
The Provider undertakes to grant access to the paid plan immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation from Stripe.
The User undertakes to provide accurate registration data, not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to observe the Terms of Use and not to interfere with the operation of the service.
The Provider has the right to modify the functionality, limits and pricing of the service with prior notice published on the website. The Provider emails the User before a price change applies to the User’s renewal; the User may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds
The procedure and conditions for refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Offer.
Liability
The Provider is not liable for failures caused by third parties, including the payment processor, telecommunications operators, source platforms or hosting providers. The Provider’s total liability to the User is limited to the amounts the User paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Personal data
The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
This Offer is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, where the Provider is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are referred to the competent court at the location of the Provider in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. XpertLab LLC acts only as the payment processing partner.
Validity of the Offer
This Offer takes effect on the date it is published at risio.me/offer and remains in force until withdrawn by the Provider. Any material amendment takes effect no earlier than 10 calendar days after publication of the new version at the same address, where the current version is always available.
