risio.me (“risio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use our website, web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using risio, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Who we are
The Service is operated by LLC “IBL”, TIN 01905202610473, OKPO 34943434, registered at Pervomaisky district, Moskovskaya St 163, apt. 8, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
For any privacy-related question, contact support@risio.me.
Who this Service is for
The Service is intended for persons able to enter a legally binding agreement and is not intended for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service or provide us with personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
A. Account information
When you register with an email and password, we receive and store:
- your email address;
- an encrypted (hashed) password — we never see or store it in plain text;
- a technical identifier for your account.
B. Information you enter while using risio
When you use the Service, you provide the working data for your searches, including:
- keywords and search queries;
- filters and search settings (update frequency, languages, sources);
- webhook URLs and integration parameters;
- links (URLs) to matched public posts and their public metadata (engagement — like, comment and repost counts; publication date, source) — without collecting the post authors’ personal data.
C. Technical information
To operate and protect the Service we collect limited technical information:
- basic device and browser information;
- technical logs;
- essential cookies needed to run the Service;
- analytics data, where applicable.
risio works only with information that is already publicly available in open sources — the same information any person can see. We do not request access to your or anyone else’s private (closed) accounts, never log in to them, and never ask for your account passwords.
Data from public sources
The Service works with public data only. For matched public posts, we collect and deliver to you the link (URL) to the post and its public metadata — engagement figures (like, comment and repost counts), publication date and source. We do not collect or store the post authors’ personal data — only the link and aggregate public figures.
- we work only with information already available in open (public) sources;
- we do not collect private (non-public) data;
- for each result we keep the link to the post and its public metadata, not the author’s personal data; we retain them for a limited period within the retention allowed by your plan;
- if you are the author of a post and want its link removed from the Service, write to take-down@risio.me — we review such requests and remove the link unless we have a lawful basis to retain it;
- the User who sets up queries and receives results must use them lawfully — in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant platforms.
How we use your information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to create and manage your account;
- to authenticate you by email and password;
- to provide the risio web application and its features;
- to find public posts for your keywords;
- to deliver results by webhook or API;
